How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

To follow up with you following a form submission to arrange a visit and/or quote via our website contact form.

We use the information that you have given us in order to arrange a visit and if quote is successful, store the information on our customer database.
We will not share this information externally.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep contact information for the duration of signed contract, signed and agreed by you. If no contract is secured your contact information will be store for 1 year. Unless requested otherwise by you. We will then dispose of your information by removing from our data base and permanently delete from our computer system.
We review our privacy policy at least once a year to make sure it reflects our current data processing activities. Privacy policy reviews are also completed if/ when launching a new or updated product or service, using data in a new way, or sharing data with a new partner or vendor.
